The 2011 Rainier Valley Garden Tour (originally scheduled for July 9th) has been cancelled and postponed until next year. We are still working hard to spread to news about organic gardenin and sustainability, but we're going to let our friends at Seattl Tilth be your leader this year.
Keep up to date though, as we'll still be posting gardening events and tips throughout the summer and to prep for next year. If you're interested in being a part of the tour next year (2012), please let us know!
The Rainier Valley Garden Tour encompasses the diverse gardens of the Rainier Valley—both private and collective. It is our mission to promote sustainability in the neighborhood, provide organic education and create a welcoming environment for the visitors and citizens o f Seattle's Rainier Valley. We are all about real gardens by real people.
